Each of us has a unique inner essence that is whole, wise and beautiful. Too often our essence is shrouded by expectations, shame and blame, demands and to-do’s, and distractions by technology. How did we get so disconnected from ourselves and our essential nature? When we’re out of alignment, we over-eat and over-drink, our cortisol levels go through the roof from stress, our sleep is impacted, we lose touch with what our bodies need and what we need in order to thrive. It’s hard to make decisions from this place. Sometimes it can feel like a struggle to take care of ourselves or figure out how to break the cycle.

Taking action becomes easier, opening the gates for change to bring a new reality.  Old patterns break away like the ice in spring and new possibilities are free to grow.

I draw upon Functional Medicine principles, a variety of coaching psychology techniques, mind-body processes, energetic practices, creativity exercises, and holistic tools that facilitate transformation and change. As your guide and mentor, I partner with you. As your ally, I provide you with support and accountability as you make sustainable changes that bring your desires to fruition.

Programs and Packages

Neuroscience shows that, regardless of age, our brains are capable of adapting in ways never previously thought possible. But like all new habits, we need to practice them until they’re stronger than the old habits we want to leave behind. As you know, practice is how we get good at anything.

For this reason, we have created coaching packages to lay a solid foundation as you establish new habits.  They include:

  • 8-week package of weekly coaching sessions
  • 12-week package of weekly coaching sessions
  • Maintenance packages

I had the pleasure of working with Catherine directly within a collaborative clinical setting which included a physician, nutritionist, nurse, and additional support staff. We regularly asked patients to change their lifestyle habits in order to follow medical and nutritional plans, but making these changes can be very challenging and sometimes feel impossible. Catherine was the first person we all turned to when a patient needed support and coaching. She always found a way to meet each person where they were at and empowered them to make lasting positive changes. She approached each person as a unique individual with the utmost compassion and respect. Her extraordinary skillset can only come from combined experience and innate understanding of human nature.
